CANCELLATION POLICY

• At Onlearn School, we understand that unexpected circumstances may prevent you from attending your class.
• If you know in advance that you will not be able to attend a class, please try your best to reschedule or cancel the class at least 12 hours in advance.
• Our teachers have the right to receive payment for lessons if students miss class without prior notice. Occasionally, teachers may cancel or reschedule classes without charging for the missed lesson, but this decision is at the discretion of the teacher.
• You can cancel a lesson free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled time.
• After that, only cancellation at full price is possible.
• You can still discuss with the tutor whether it is possible to reschedule or cancel the lesson free of charge, but the tutor reserves the right to make a decision.
